2. Payment and Fees
We require payment in full at the beginning of your pet`s stay. Any additional charges, such as medication administration or special requests, will be added to your bill. We also charge a fee for any damaged or soiled items caused by your pet.
3. Care and Supervision
Our staff is highly trained and experienced in pet care. We provide daily exercise and playtime, as well as regular feeding and medication administration. We also monitor your pet`s health and well-being, and notify you or your emergency contact if any issues arise.
While we take every precaution to ensure your pet`s safety, accidents can happen. Our contract outlines our liability policy and limits of responsibility. We also require that you sign a waiver acknowledging the inherent risks of pet boarding.
5. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your reservation, we require at least 48 hours` notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
