My Pet Stop Boarding Contract

When it comes to trusting someone with the care of your beloved pet, it`s important to have a clear understanding and agreement in place. This is where a pet boarding contract comes in.

At My Pet Stop, our boarding contract is designed to ensure transparency and provide peace of mind for both the pet and owner. Here are some of the key elements of our contract:

1. Reservation and Deposit

To secure a reservation for your pet, we require a deposit. This deposit is non-refundable, but it can be credited towards future stays. We also require proof of current vaccinations, including rabies, distemper, and bordetella.

2. Payment and Fees

We require payment in full at the beginning of your pet`s stay. Any additional charges, such as medication administration or special requests, will be added to your bill. We also charge a fee for any damaged or soiled items caused by your pet.

3. Care and Supervision

Our staff is highly trained and experienced in pet care. We provide daily exercise and playtime, as well as regular feeding and medication administration. We also monitor your pet`s health and well-being, and notify you or your emergency contact if any issues arise.

4. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your pet`s safety, accidents can happen. Our contract outlines our liability policy and limits of responsibility. We also require that you sign a waiver acknowledging the inherent risks of pet boarding.

5. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation, we require at least 48 hours` notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

At My Pet Stop, we take our responsibility to care for your pet seriously. Our boarding contract is designed to protect both you and your pet, and ensure a positive and stress-free experience. If you have any questions or concerns about our contract, please don`t hesitate to contact us.
